United Accountants for Financial Consultancy (UA) is an Iraqi firm established in 2017 by Dr. Firas Karban Ali and Dr. Adnan Al-Qadhi, both Certified Public Accountants with over 20 years of experience. UA provides accounting, tax, social security, advisory, and training services to a wide range of clients.
In 2024, in accordance with Accountants Syndicate regulations, consulting services were separated from auditing services, resulting in two specialized entities:
Firas Karban Ali & Co. – auditing services
United Accountants (UA) – financial consultancy, tax advisory, and professional training
Both firms remain under the same ownership and leadership, ensuring continuity and shared professional values.
