United Accountants for Financial Consultancy (UA) is an Iraqi professional services firm providing accounting, tax, social security, advisory, and training solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. The firm was founded in 2017 by two Certified Public Accountants, Dr. Firas Karban Ali and Dr. Adnan Al-Qadhi, who each bring over 20 years of experience from private practice.



In 2024, and in line with the instructions of the Accountants Syndicate, the consulting services were formally separated from the auditing services. As a result, two specialized entities were established:
- Firas Karban Ali & Co. – dedicated to delivering auditing services.
- United Accountants – focused exclusively on financial consultancy, tax advisory, and professional training.

Both firms remain under the ownership and leadership of the same partners, Dr. Adnan and Dr. Firas, ensuring continuity, shared values, and a unified commitment to professional excellence.
